An intake consultation is meant to offer space for you to decide New Authorship is the right fit for you, and your hopes and goals for therapy. Your therapist will talk about what to expect from therapy, and you are welcome to share as much or as little about what brings you to therapy or what your hopes are as you are comfortable.
